Customer loyalty for insurance Company 'De Amersfoortse' (part of Fortis)
At first, employees at De Amersfoortse couldn’t quite believe it. One dull Monday morning, the gate was transformed into a bendy palm tree, a Hawaiian band sung to welcome everyone and several business spaces were turned into tropical workplaces. The internal introduction was the kick-off for the campaign: a more relaxed way of doing business. As part of the campaign, various promotional marketing projects were developed and performed. This mostly involved customer loyalty programmes introduced at corporate level and implemented in the relationship with insurance brokers.
